Back-to-work coaching
64 people back in work or training in 2025CV workshops, mock interviews and a jacket that fits, the last mile between wanting a job and signing one.

After two years without work, the hardest thing to repair is not the CV. It is the voice that says you will not be picked anyway.
The need
Long-term unemployment locks people out twice: employers screen out the gap in the CV, and the person slowly stops applying. Standard job-centre appointments are too short to undo either.
What we do
- A six-week cycle: CV and cover-letter workshops, then filmed mock interviews with real recruiters who volunteer their lunch breaks
- A clothing room where every jobseeker leaves with an interview outfit that fits, theirs to keep
- Transport cards and childcare relays for interview days, the practical walls nobody talks about
- A named coach for six months after hiring, because keeping a job is a second victory
The impact
64 people signed a contract or entered training in 2025, 58% of that year’s cohort. The average time to the first interview fell from five months to six weeks.
Giving, three ways
Give for this year, or for the next seventy
A donation feeds the year's work; a monthly pledge lets us plan; a bequest builds the endowment that keeps the house standing when everyone here is gone. All three are tax-deductible at 66% (75% up to €1,000 a year when the gift funds food, care or shelter for people in difficulty), and all three are audited.
- The annual gift
- Funds the groceries, the tutoring, the outreach of the current year.
- The monthly pledge
- Predictable income, the difference between reacting and planning.
- Bequests & corporate patronage
- Received by appointment, with your notary or your board. Discretion is the house style.
